Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and cold calling
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer interactions
