Broker Sales Executive - Employee Benefits (West Coast, Remote)
Parento is redefining paid parental leave in the U.S. We partner with employers and benefits brokers to deliver the first fully integrated parental leave insurance and support program. We’re hiring a top-performer to build and grow our presence across the West Coast and Mountain regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business.
