We bring together deep domain expertise across Retail, CPG, Sports, and Media with AI-native delivery capability, designing and delivering agentic solutions that turn CX vision into commercial reality. We are the partner of choice for brands like Arc'teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz. For more information, visit applydigital.com.\n\nLOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.\n\nTHE ROLE:\n\nAPPLY is seeking a BI Engineer / Data Analyst to support the Kraft Heinz DXP Platform team through and beyond its data platform migration from Google Cloud Platform to Azure and Snowflake. This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, data analytics, and data engineering — owning the full path from raw platform data to the insight a stakeholder actually acts on.\n\nYou will be responsible for exploring and analyzing data across the platform’s BigQuery/Snowflake environment, building and maintaining dashboards (primarily in Looker Studio), and going beyond dashboard delivery to surface the insights, trends, and anomalies driving the business. You’ll work closely with Data Engineering on the underlying data models and pipelines, and with data governance and MarTech stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, compliant, and trustworthy.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Looker Studio & Power BI) that turn raw platform data into clear, actionable insights for business and marketing stakeholders.\n\nPartner with Data Engineering to migrate and validate dashboard data models through the GCP-to-Azure/Snowflake migration, ensuring metric parity and no regression in reporting accuracy.\n\nPerform exploratory data analysis across BigQuery/Snowflake datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities the business isn’t already looking at.\n\nWrite and optimize SQL across BigQuery and Snowflake, and build/maintain dbt models to support scalable, governed data marts.\n\nCollaborate on Dagster-orchestrated data pipelines — understanding lineage and dependencies well enough to troubleshoot issues and contribute to data model design, not just consume the output.\n\nExplore and prototype agentic AI and data science solutions (e.g., LLM-powered analysis, automated insight generation, predictive/propensity modeling) to accelerate how the team surfaces and acts on data.\n\nApply data governance principles in day-to-day work: support privacy and retention deletion workflows (OneTrust), and ensure PII is handled correctly across CRM/MarTech data integrations (Customer.io, Twilio Segment).\n\nOwn the end-to-end reporting lifecycle — requirements gathering, data modeling, dashboard build, validation, and stakeholder walkthroughs.\n\nIdentify data quality issues and partner with Data Engineering to resolve root causes rather than patching symptoms downstream.\n\nStay current on BI and analytics tooling and proactively recommend improvements to the platform’s reporting stack.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.\n\n4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a hybrid analytics engineering role.\n\nStrong SQL skills across BigQuery and/or Snowflake — comfortable with complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.\n\nHands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and/or Power BI.\n\nWorking knowledge of dbt for data modeling and transformation.\n\nFamiliarity with pipeline orchestration tools — Dagster preferred, Airflow or similar also acceptable.\n\nUnderstanding of data governance and privacy compliance concepts, ideally with exposure to OneTrust or a similar consent/privacy management platform.\n\nExperience working with CRM/MarTech data sources such as Customer.io, Twilio Segment, or comparable CDP/ESP platforms.\n\nSome hands-on data engineering skills (Python, pipeline debugging, schema design) are a strong plus — you don’t need to be a full-time data engineer, but you should be comfortable enough to partner closely with one.\n\nExcellent communication skills — able to translate data findings into business insight for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience supporting a cloud data migration (GCP, Azure, or AWS) is a plus.\n\nA curious, insight-first mindset — comfortable going beyond “build the dashboard that was asked for” to proactively surface what the data is actually saying.\n\nLIFE AT APPLY\n\nPeople are at the core of everything we do at APPLY. We provide you with modern tools, systems and approaches, value your time, safety, and health, and strive to build a work community where you can thrive and grow.
