Perform other administrative duties as assigned.\r\nPRIMARY DUTIES - ACCOUNTABILITIES\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist customers, resolve inquiries from Customer Service, Electric Service Support Center, electrical contractors, property owners and other utilities and agencies.\r\n\r\n\r\nGather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to Work Management (Maximo), WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI.\r\n\r\n\r\nRepresentatives will be expected to be proficient in most of the aforementioned systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nProcess multiple department payrolls and have knowledge of company policies and union contracts to determine comprehensive pay issues.\r\n\r\n\r\nProcess contractor invoices and ability to interpret and understand pricing contracts.\r\n\r\n\r\nHandle sensitive customer account information.\r\n\r\n\r\nTimely completion of budgetary records in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist in the instruction and training of new and less experienced representatives as required.\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport emergency restoration efforts for Eversource.\r\n\r\n\r\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS\r\nA High School Diploma or the equivalent and 8 years' experience or 6 years' experience and associate's degree preferred.\r\nExperience in processing payroll highly desirable. Previous experience processing contractor invoices and interpreting contracts preferred. The selected candidate must be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, possess good organizational skills and maintain a high degree of initiative and dependability.\r\nThe salary range for this position starts at Step 1 ($31.70) and progresses in accordance with the union contract.
