Role Description This is a contract opportunity for a Junior Business Manager role based on-site in Irving, TX. The Junior Business Manager will assist in the administration and oversight of business operations, support project management tasks, and contribute to strategy development. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, managing budgets, supervising project timelines, and collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and achieve business goals. Qualifications Business Operations and Process Management: knowledge and experience in managing projects, streamlining workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency.Analytical and Financial Acumen: proficient in data analysis, budget management, and strategic planning.Communication and Collaboration: strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and building effective relationships.Problem-Solving Abilities: ability to address and resolve issues, along with an aptitude for decision-making in dynamic business environments.Additional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience with tools such as Excel, ERP software, or reporting tools. Knowledge of the IT industry or prior experience in a similar context is a plus.
