Company: Heavenly Helpers In-Home Services Location: Chesterfield, VA Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Job Summary: Heavenly Helpers In-Home Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized care and engagement. Schedule: M–F 4pm–7pm & Sat 9am–2pm (Henrico) Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, and mobility Support individuals in community outings and therapeutic activities Document daily progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols Maintain a safe and respectful environment Provide emergency care and respond to crisis situations as needed Transport clients using your personal vehicle when required (Mileage reimbursement) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months or 100 hours of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities Completion of 90-hour training or documented education Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 25 per week Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
