Work #LikeABosch\n\n• Reinvent yourself: At Bosch, you will evolve.\n• Discover new directions: At Bosch, you will find your place.\n• Balance your life: At Bosch, your job matches your lifestyle.\n• Celebrate success: At Bosch, we celebrate you.\n• Be yourself: At Bosch, we value values.\n• Shape tomorrow: At Bosch, you change lives.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Safety Coordinator will support for the implementation, administration, interpretation, and enforcement of safety requirements including plant, Corporate, local, state and federal regulations, help to evaluate and determine safety standards based on risk/hazard analysis to meet regulatory requirements and HSE management system (ISO 45001), review of HSE incidents for root cause and establishment of corrective and preventative actions and provide technical assistance with various plant staff functions.\nPRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure compliance routes are completed and updated as needed\nBecome shop floor mentor and interface for HSE topics\nHSE related communication including training, safety alerts and production review meetings\nPrepare and coordinate HSE related training material and lead training classes.\nLead / take part in Incident Investigation facilitating root cause analysis and proper corrective and preventative actions\nParticipate in/lead plant emergency response teams and drills\nConduct hazard assessments of equipment/jobs to ensure they meet all applicable requirements\nDevelop/revise HSE related policies/procedures for the plant and drive implementation\nLead safety audits of key program areas to ensure compliance with regulatory and Bosch directives\nConducts formal reviews of new equipment, equipment modifications, or process changes\nMaintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements\nProvide leadership and guidance to the plant safety teams\nInteract with state and federal agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies' requirements\nMaintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements\nAbility to work independently and/or with a team\n.\n\nQualifications\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCollege degree relating to HSE\nKnowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001)\nLeadership skills\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environment\nValid Driver's License\nComputer skills, strong MS Office\n\nAdditional Information\n\nIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
