You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to develop and manage construction models, facilitate trade coordination, and help resolve issues before they impact the field.\nThis role plays an important part in bridging design intent and field execution by using model-based workflows to support coordination, sequencing, and constructability across projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and manage construction models to support coordination, constructability review, and project planning\nLead and facilitate trade coordination meetings using model-based workflows\nPerform clash detection and track resolution of coordination issues across disciplines\nWork with project teams to ensure models reflect construction sequencing and field conditions\nSupport preconstruction planning, scope clarification, and operations strategy through modeling tools\nAssist with 4D visual scheduling and model-based planning when applicable\nProvide VDC support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle\nMaintain and organize project coordination models and documentation\nContinuously improve VDC processes and workflows through ongoing learning and collaboration\nWhy You’ll Be Successful\nYou’re a strong problem solver who enjoys working with both technology and construction teams. You communicate clearly, think spatially, and take pride in helping project teams identify and resolve coordination challenges before they impact the field.\nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nExperience using Autodesk software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D\nUnderstanding of construction systems and coordination between structural, architectural, and MEPF trades\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams\nAbility to manage multiple projects and coordination workflows simultaneously\nInterest in advancing VDC tools, workflows, and construction technology\nNote: Absher is a Federal Contractor. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.\nSalary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.\nPay Transparency\n$80,000 - $100,000 USD\nBackground Check & Pre-Employment Screening\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Background checks may include verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and references. For positions with access to company financial accounts or credit card programs, a credit history check may also be conducted.\nAll screening is conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws. Candidates will be asked to provide written consent prior to any screening.
