Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer based in Green Bay, WI, with the option for partial remote work. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and improvement of precision machinery and engineering systems. Daily tasks include conducting research and development, implementing machine design concepts, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and complete engineering projects. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Machine DesignProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software toolsExperience in Research and Development (R&D) processes and methodologiesProven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and collaborationExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldIndustry experience in designing precision machinery is an added advantageExcellent communication and teamwork capabilities
