Come grow with us!\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Coordination: Support the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring adherence to processes and due dates.\nProject Management: Manage the end-to-end project management of live learning events, with a focus on virtual webinars.\nTechnology Management: Set up, host, and manage technology-enabled learning programs.\nCompliance: Collaborating with compliance to qualifying the session for CPE,\nLearning Management System (LMS): Manage registration and program set up within Crowe University.\nCommunication: Communicate and manage participant expectation, registration, attendance requirements, and prerequisites.\nFacilitator Support: Educate facilitators on the effective use of technologies and instructional methods.\nVirtual Event Production: Produce webinars and manage instructors and all in-event logistics, including troubleshooting during events.\nKey Attributes and Skills for Success:\nOrganization and Project Management: Exhibits strong planning, organizational, and project management abilities, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.\nCommunication and Customer Service: Strong written and oral communication skills with a positive customer service orientation.\nStakeholder Collaborations: Skilled in upward and cross-functional management and effective collaboration with learning colleagues at various roles and levels.\nInquisitiveness and Analytical Thinking: Asks the right questions and demonstrates strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.\nFast Learner with Technological Aptitude: Quickly grasps new concepts, processes, and technology with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.\nResourcefulness and Continuous Improvement: Creative in utilizing available resources and operates with a continuous improvement mindset regarding processes and policies.\nQualifications:\nPreferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\n1-3 years of work experience in a related field.\nDemonstrated project management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.\nWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
