Come join Gloucester County Finance Department!\n\nUnder direction, perform supervisory and advanced fiscal control and accounting work for the County's Finance Department. Monitors, implements, and makes recommendations for the improvement of internal controls, processes, policies, and procedures. Ensures proper implementation of financial accounting and reporting standards for the County and coordinates training, guidance, and development of the accounting team. Assists the Chief Financial Officer in managing the County’s accounting policies and practices and departmental performance indicators. Employee must exercise independent judgment, initiative, critical thinking, and attention to detail in accordance with established policies and procedures.
