This position will be responsible for actively meeting daily production schedule goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.\nEssential Job Functions:\nProcess all production scheduled goals.\nOperate a screen press in order to satisfy customer orders.\nMake corrections in the printing process in order to reduce misprints.\nWork with other press operators, ink department, art department and management to ensure quality of prints.\nRemoves tags from product for screen print.\nLoads product on press pallet for screening.\nRemoves product from press pallet onto heat dryer.\nEnsure merchandise counts are correct.\nOpen to learning all aspects of the production process in order to meet demands.\nFolds products based on directions received from Lead/Supervisor.\nBags and tags merchandise manually or using folding machine.\nRetrieving orders from the production floor or stock that are ready for bagging/finishing.\nComplete bagging total sheets and prepare for shipping.\nPerform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages.\nLearn and master the Standard Operating Procedures of your assigned area.\nMaintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standing\nMaintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping\nThe above statements describe the job’s essential responsibilities and requirements.
