This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth.\n\nEssential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities\n\nProcesses payroll settlements in client’s Workday application\nSettles on-demand payments as requested\nMaintains client-specific support documentation\nResponsible for managing daily control reports\nPerforms Treasury exceptions\n\nCompetencies\n\nEnergetic and positive\nStrong communication skills with emphasis on outstanding customer service\nFlexible in a changing environment\nStrong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and support multiple customers effectively\nWorks closely with others in a team, supporting collective goals\nDetail Oriented with good time management skills\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and competing demands\nUse tact and discretion in dealing with customer information\nExcellent problem solving and Mathematical skills\n\nSupervisory Responsibility\n\nThis role does not have any supervisory responsibilities\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nHigh School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred\n1-2 years Payroll Customer Service experience\nExperience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nKnowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred\nAssociates degree or higher preferred\n\n#LI-REMOTE\n\nYou are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
