Our teams are multi-functional and include back end and front end engineers as well as designers, data scientists, and marketers.\nWhat you'll do:\nUnderstand, measure, and improve the value delivery process\nContribute technically to architecture, implementation, testing and troubleshooting as needed\nWork closely with Product, Design and other partners to deliver product roadmap in a timely manner and with quality\nDrive technical roadmap for your team\nEnable an open and inclusive team culture\nActively remove roadblocks for your team\nMotivate and focus your team to deliver the most important work\nActively push your team to improve their technology and development practices\nFacilitate collaboration with other teams and other parts of the business\nKeep your teams aligned with the overall direction of the company\nWork with team members on career development by understanding their goals and helping them find stretch opportunities\nGive timely, constructive feedback to team members, peers, and managers\nSet clear expectations for team members; solicit, synthesize and deliver feedback\nWork with leadership to ensure that the team is appropriately staffed and has the correct scope\nWhat we're looking for:\n6+ years of software engineering experience\n2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nFintech experience preferred\nExperience building backend RESTful APIs\n#LI-REMOTE\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion\nAt Stash it is our mission to help everyday Americans invest and build wealth.
