Sanchez Vadillo LLP is seeking a highly experienced Florida-licensed transactional attorney to assume a key role within our real estate and business practice.This position is designed for an attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience and substantial experience handling:Commercial and residential real estate transactionsBusiness acquisitions and salesEntity formation and structuring (LLCs, corporations, operating agreements)Drafting and negotiating complex contractsManaging transactions independently from contract through closingWe are looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of a sophisticated caseload with minimal supervision.Our firm represents a strong domestic and international client base.
