This role will work closely with sales representatives, channel partners, and customers to design,demonstrate, and position Nurse Call, E-Call, and related communication solutions that meet customer requirements.\r\nKey Responsibilities Execute standardized internal test suites to support product development and validation\r\nSet up test configurations and operate laboratory equipment to capture electrical, thermal, and functional measurements\r\nPerform electrical, thermal, and mechanical evaluations to characterize hardware behavior\r\nRecord, organize, and document test measurements and observations for Engineering and Product Management review\r\nMaintain traceability between test data, test conditions, hardware configurations, and reported results\r\nSupport safe handling and testing of hardware in accordance with lab procedures and best practices\r\nAssist engineering teams with troubleshooting, test setup refinement, and validation of design changes\r\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams\r\nCreate and review product-focused technical documentation to support release deliverables\r\nContribute to continuous improvement of test methods, fixtures, documentation, and lab workflows\r\nRequired Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer/Architect, or similar technical sales role\r\nExperience with Nurse Call systems and/or E-Call solutions in healthcare, safety, or critical communications environments\r\nBackground working in a channel-driven sales model, supporting distributors, resellers, or integration partners\r\nStrong technical aptitude in communication systems, low-voltage infrastructure, or networked solutions\r\nAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly solutions\r\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with wireless communications, RF systems, DAS, or network-based communication platforms\r\nFamiliarity with healthcare environments,safety systems, or regulated facilities\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\r\nWhat We Offer Health insurance:Medical, dental, and vision plans\r\nRetirement:401(k) with company match\r\nPaid time off:Vacation and paid holidays\r\nLife insurance:Company-paid life insurance and short and long term disability\r\nTime Off:13 days of PTO accrued annually in the first year and 8 paid holidays\r\nAbout AWC: Advanced Wireless Communications specializes in communication solutions that help industries work smarter, faster, and safer.
