You'll work inside customer codebases, integrate monitoring and evaluation into live agent workflows, diagnose failures in real environments, and drive deployments through to reliable production use.This is a deep technical execution and customer-ownership role. The work is demanding enough that the team prioritises strong software engineers who can flex into a forward-deployed seat over people from a purely solutions background. You'll reason about agent behaviour alongside customer teams, translate high-level goals into concrete deployments, and own outcomes end-to-end. The scope, judgment and autonomy mirror what it takes to found or lead a technical company — which is the point.The seat is heavily customer-facing.
