If you're interested in what we have to offer, we'd love to hear from you.\nReports to Chef Partner\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nCommunicates with Chef to learn special needs, menus, events and important shift information\nTurns on all equipment, check temperatures and ensures all equipment is working properly, safely and ready for use\nInforms Manager of low product levels, faulty equipment or anything not meeting Roy’s standards\nDetermines quantity of product to produce based on reading par sheet\nVisually inspect current stock levels and accurately fulfill par sheet production levels\nInforms Chef of any product exceeding shelf life or specified for one shift use\nStocks and organizes own prep area with food product, utensils, dishes and equipment\nEnsures all sanitation and security procedures are followed\nMonitors supply of product and ensures work area is stocked throughout shift\nPulls and puts away prepared product and ingredients in the walk-in and freezer according to proper rotation procedures.
