Prestige Pools & Spas is “The Signature of Quality” in St. Louis and the surrounding communities.\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping projects and swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This job will be primarily in-office with occasional site visits.\nShift Time: 6:30AM – 3:30PM\nKey Responsibilities\nWrite estimates\nAssist the Construction Manager with project planning and execution\nCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site workers\nMonitor project schedules and progress\nHelp ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes\nConduct site inspections and maintain project documentation\nTrack materials, equipment, and inventory needs\nSupport budgeting, reporting, and cost control efforts\nCommunicate project updates with clients, architects, and team members\nResolve on-site issues in a timely and professional manner\nCreate final P&L breakdowns of each project, detailing revenue and expenses\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field preferred\n1–3 years of construction or project management experience\nKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to read blueprints and technical drawings\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities\nAbility to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with scheduling software\nOSHA certification is a plus\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\nCareer advancement opportunities\nPrestige Pools and Spas is an equal opportunity employer.
