Our mission is simple: grow the highest-quality weed at prices everyone can afford.\nWe're looking for passionate people to join us in our mission to democratize cannabis-or as we like to say, to \"Weed the People.\"\nWith a dialed-in grow operation and a bold new brand refresh, we're ready to dominate the MD/DC market-and have a little fun while we're at it.\nInventory Associate\nOur Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.\nYour role in caring for our company:\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.\nResponsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.\nPulling of all inventory related items, including non-cannabis items, that are reflected on LeafLink invoice.\nVerifying compliance and accuracy of all packages before pulling.\nResponsible for accurately case packing batches as needed.\nParticipate in all vault inventory audits.\nMaintain organization within the product vaults.\nComplete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.\nMaintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.\nFlex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.\nMust be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°-85°.\nAll other duties as necessary.\nQualifications we ask you to have:\nFor legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.\nYou will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.\nWe ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.\nWe ask that you have a clean driving record.\nWe ask that you have at least two (2) years of inventory experience.\nAddition skills which will help you excel in your role:\nStrong attention to detail, our plants are very delicate throughout their lifecycle!\nDesire and ability to work as a member of a team.\nComply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.\nMaintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.\nStrong work ethic; must be accountable and proactive.\nAbility to work at a fast pace in a high production environment!\nWe ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; this position requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.\nWork Schedule/Location:\nOn-site 5 days a week.\nPlease make sure you are willing and able to perform the following:\nReasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.\nThis position requires an inordinate amount of sitting, walking, kneeling, bending, scooping, twisting, and reaching in full range of motion to complete physical tasks.\nThis position requires standing, stooping, squatting, or crouching for more than four (4) hours sequentially.\nThis position will be working both indoors and outdoors year-round, often times for extensive periods of time.\nThis position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.\nThis position is similar to an assembly line, in that it will be completing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.\nThis position requires the ability to work in a cannabis growing facility, there will be strong odors, bright lights, and various noises throughout the workday.\nThis position will require PPE to be worn throughout the workday to include scrubs, masks, gloves, and hairnets while working with the plants.
