What You'll Need:\nBachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant facilities, operations, or property management experience; equivalent experience considered.\nValid driver's license required.\nPrevious leadership experience with responsibility for team development, coaching, and performance management.\nStrong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and vendor management.\nExperience managing budgets, expenses, and capital projects.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nFacility Management certification (FMP, CFM, or equivalent) preferred.\nProficiency in interpreting financial data, reporting metrics, and operational performance indicators.
