Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.\nBasic Qualifications\n\n• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.\n• Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools.\n• Professional experience with design, development, and integration of advanced avionics and communications systems to include data links, inertial navigation and GPS, and other related avionics subsystems.\n• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.\n• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum).\n\nDesired Skills\n\n• Advanced degree in electrical, electronics, or systems engineering, or a related STEM discipline.\n• Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers.\n• Experience with Earned Value Management System tools/concepts.\n• Proven experience with supplier management.\n• Experience with Military and/or Government programs.\n• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.\n\nPay Information\n\nFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00\n\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
