We will train you how to support our team’s efforts toward successful outcomes for our clients. You will be provided with the training and tools necessary to support our attorneys through all phases of personal injury case management, and this role will help prepare you for possible advancement into higher level positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable in a customer-service environment with familiarity of office technology / software.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and technical support to paralegals in the litigation phase of our casesAssist with scheduling, preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, and other duties as assignedCreate first drafts of documents and written materials for review and editing by paralegals and attorneysHelp tracking deadlines, coordinating disclosures, summarizing medical records, creating privilege logs, and preparing deposition summariesAssist with keeping calendar appointments accurate and updatedCommunicate effectively with both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clientsHelp maintain detailed case files and update the case‑management database (Clio/Needles or similar) with notes, tasks, and deadlinesRequired QualificationsExperience interacting directly with customers in both Spanish and EnglishAbility to learn new tasks quickly and ask questions when direction is not clearExceptional written and oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detailAbility to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and empathyWillingness to use AI tools to assist in your workCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay rate commensurate with background and experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance packages401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time off, sick leave, and firm holidaysContinuing legal education and professional development reimbursementPerformance‑based bonusesPowered by JazzHRcGO0zuX6lM
