Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Facilities Site Lead

The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Facilities – Site Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, oversight, and execution of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services for the Franklin Innovation Center. This position serves as the primary IT authority for the site while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and compliance standards. The role combines technical leadership, people leadership, operational excellence, and close partnership with business stakeholders, Facilities, and external service providers.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated people and operational leadership.• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise operations.• Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.• Experience supporting multi‑site or hybrid enterprise IT environments.Travel Expectations• Light travel may be required on an occasional basis to support other company sites, projects, or business meetings.Job ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Technology Operations• Lead the architecture, deployment, operation, and lifecycle management of on‑premises and cloud‑based IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization platforms, endpoints, and collaboration technologies.• Ensure systems meet availability, performance, scalability, and resilience requirements.• Drive standardization and modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.Cybersecurity Leadership• Own site‑level cybersecurity operations including endpoint security, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.• Partner with third‑party SOC providers to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats.• Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and applicable regulatory expectations. Facilities & Site Technology Leadership• Serve as the IT site lead for all facility‑related technology including cabling, wireless, conference rooms, physical security systems, and disaster preparedness.• Support site expansions, internal moves, and technology upgrades in coordination with Facilities, Real Estate, and approved vendors. Operational Excellence• Establish and maintain IT service management disciplines including incident, change, problem, and asset management.• Define and report key performance indicators related to reliability, security posture, and end‑user satisfaction.• Drive automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership & Vendor Management• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff and contractors supporting the Franklin Innovation Center.• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels to ensure high‑quality delivery.• Plan and manage site‑level IT budgets and forecast future needs.
