We’re looking for experienced and driven Senior Virology Care Specialists who are ready to utilize their industry experience bringing passion, persistence, and a strong desire to help patients.Develop strong, compliant relationships across a broad range of health care providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems and community clinics) by understanding their needs and sharing accurate, balanced information about Invivyd’s products and solutionsFacilitate clinical dialogue that compels the customer to act on behalf of their patients and engage the entire account to understand any obstacles that exist to provide appropriate solutionsIdentify shared priorities and leverage knowledge and tactics within full account to develop a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients to drive superior resultsUtilize your understanding of the broader healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems, and how decisions are made across these settingsManage your territory with a business owner mindset with accountability, energy, and drive by owning the outcome of your results with a sense of urgency while staying compliant with company policies and industry regulationsDeliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions by utilizing all approved resources in line with company training and compliance requirementsCollaborate as a positive energy multiplier cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, market access, and other teams to support customer needs and win togetherOperate with an enterprise mindset to gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to help Invivyd continuously improve how we serve providers and patientsCollaborate with cross-functional partners on overall account and territory strategy to maximize internal/external knowledge on how to access products and servicesAggregate customer, market data, and insights to effectively apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagementsUtilize data driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact aligned to strategic plan Required: Bachelor’s degree requiredSales experience in life sciences or healthcare or a related field is required5+ years of experience in sales in biotech, pharmaceuticals or medical device customer-facing roles is requiredCandidates must live within the stated territoryAble to fulfill requirement to be in the field five days a week, including overnights as required, conducting visits, while also completing all administrative tasks related to the roleAbility to drive and/or fly within the territory, as requiredProven winning attitude with a growth mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare providersCoachable and eager to learn - open to feedback, willing to adapt, and motivated to grow into a high-performing sales professionalDemonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of territory responsibilitiesHigh standards of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to compliance in every interactionPassion for making a difference in the lives of patients and a desire to be part of a mission-driven companyStrong ability to communicate clinical product information in a compelling and compliant wayMust be results oriented and can demonstrate time management skills with ability to gain access to hard to see customersDemonstrated effective organizational and interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunitiesPay Range$120,000 - $160,000The pay range represents the expected full-time base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for both an annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity), reflecting our commitment to rewarding strong performance and long-term impact.
