It is what ensures the integrity, differentiation, and longevity of our platform's community.We strongly prefer candidates who have experience raising venture capital. Responsibilities:Expo App Testing: Build automated UI testing frameworks specifically for cross-platform Expo (React Native) environments using tools like Detox or Appium.AI & Content Moderation Validation: Design test suites to evaluate AI model accuracy, verify safety filters against stress-case inputs, and ensure algorithmic fairness. Stress & Load Testing: Simulate heavy traffic spikes, high-concurrency messaging, and rapid data ingestion to identify bottlenecks before they affect users. Architecture Ownership: Establish the entire QA pipeline, CI/CD integration, and release testing strategies from scratch.Qualifications:Founder Mindset: Willingness to invest sweat equity into building a value-driven platform you believe in.Experience: 4+ years in QA engineering with deep experience in mobile apps and backend infrastructure. Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing React Native/Expo applications and running backend performance tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6). AI Familiarity: Experience validating data pipelines, machine learning outputs, or automated moderation algorithms.Compensation: Equity on a vesting schedule and salary upon successful raise of capital.
