This firm works closely with professionals across the entertainment industry—helping artists, producers, and creatives manage their finances with precision and strategic insight. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial activities for entertainment industry clients including musicians, producers, and creative professionalsHandle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactionsPrepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports for clientsReconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate general ledger recordsCoordinate with external parties including tax professionals, managers, and attorneysMonitor client spending and assist with tour, project, or production budgetsProvide financial insights and reporting to help clients make informed business decisionsAssist with year-end financial preparation and documentation for tax filingsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation range from $55,000 - $80,000 (Depends on Experience)Discretionary annual bonusHybrid schedule with 2 days remote each week18 starting days of vacationFull suite of low-cost health benefitsCollaborative team culture with a great work-life balanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or account management roleExperience working with high-net-worth individuals or entertainment industry clients is a plusStrong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principlesExcellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detailProficiency with accounting software and advanced ExcelHow to ApplyOpportunities within Nashville’s entertainment business management industry like this are highly sought after and tend to move quickly.
