This role helps ensure teams have the resources they need by keeping materials, tools and equipment organized and ready for use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computer tracking systems, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting material flow between inventory, suppliers, production areas, and job sites.\n\n*ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: *\n\n* Follows direction of Material Coordinator to assist with material, tools and equipment organization, inventory, staging, delivery and status information to expedite movement between production, staging areas and job sites according to project schedules and order priorities.\n* Assist with tool and equipment check-ins, check-outs, tracking updates, and fleet tool replacements.\n* Monitor material orders and stage available stock inventory for delivery or pick-up.\n* Assists teams with material, tool or equipment requests, pick-ups, or drop-offs and updates the Order system for all items dispatched, staged, or received.\n* Receive and verify materials, tools, and equipment, including part numbers, quantities, and condition.\n* Assists with maintaining tools and equipment in full operating condition, including routine inspections and reporting repairs or maintenance needs and assisting with the repair process.\n* Count materials in stock and update inventory quantities in Storee tracking systems.\n\n*QUALIFICATIONS*\n\n* 1–2 years of related experience preferred.\n* Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal team members and external vendors and clients.\n* Maintains organization in a changing environment while remaining confident, professional, and trustworthy.\n* Ability to safely load, unload, move, stage, and secure materials, tools, and equipment.\n* Competence in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook computer applications is required.\n* Experience with material inventory, tracking and ordering computer applications is preferred.\n\n_*\\*\\*Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
