Apply now and take the next step in your career!\n\n3rdShift: Sunday to Thursday from 9:30pm - 6am\n\nProduction Worker\n\nDuties and responsibilities\n\nPack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.\nOperating and learning large format equipment across printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping\nLoad materials and products into package processing equipment.\nMeasure, weight, and count products and materials.\nRead shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.\nCheck orders on computers using the company’s database.\nCommunicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.\nEnsure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.\nReport any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.\nPerform scheduled maintenance.\nMaintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines\nTaking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require\nFollowing safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace\nCommunicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors in a timely manner.\nPerform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.\nMust be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to communicate effectively in English and with team members\nStrong customer service mindset and pride in quality work\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accurately\nComfortable using computers and related systems\nAdaptable and eager to learn new processes\nStrong time management in a fast-paced environment\nHigh attention to detail\nReliable and takes initiative when needed\nPhysically capable of working in a production environment\nMechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenance\n\nPhysical requirements\n\nStanding/Walking (at least 75% of shift)\nLifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb.
