You’ll collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver next-generation secure communication technologies at scale.Key Responsibilities:Waveform Design & Optimization: Develop high-performance waveform algorithms optimized for bandwidth efficiency, SNR, and error resilience.Advanced Signal Processing: Apply DSP techniques to enhance communication robustness and efficiency.Algorithm Validation: Simulate and test algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, or Python under various channel models (fading, noise, interference).Real-Time Optimization: Optimize algorithms for FPGA/DSP implementation and integrate with broader modem systems.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough technical documentation and deliver clear updates to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with system architects, hardware teams, and developers to ensure seamless integration and performance.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.5+ years in algorithm development for wireless/satellite communication systems.Strong knowledge of modulation (QAM, OFDM, PSK), error correction (LDPC, Turbo Codes), and channel modeling.Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python; experience with FPGA or ASIC implementation is a plus.Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.If you're ready to innovate at the highest levels in satellite communication, we want to hear from you.
