The FCC coordinates the schedule with regard to the required field progress, the resources required, their mobilization and demobilization in time, and the corrective measures necessary in order to accomplish the work in compliance with Customer's policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, schedule and cost.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProactive verification of accurate pay IDs for all external personnel to guarantee timely and correct compensation. This involves meticulous record-keeping and prompt identification/resolution of any discrepancies.\r\nActive monitoring of external crews' performance to ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines. This includes regular on-site presence and communication with the teams.\r\nProviding technical assistance, including switching and tagging support, to expedite project completion and maintain optimal workflow. Initiate distribution outage requests for project work through E-STAR and/or CONVEX.\r\nMeticulous adherence to all required paperwork and documentation processes, ensuring all forms & reports are submitted accurately and punctually upon project completion.\r\nCoordinate Material delivery between customer, stockroom, and contractor.\r\nInspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications, quality and adherence to construction schedules.\r\nFacilitate resolving construction problems, discrepancies, procedures, and methods by working with engineering personnel, inspectors, contractors and suppliers.\r\nMaintain daily on-site as-build project plans.\r\nAdhere to company policies, programs and procedures as well as Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP). Ensure all requirements are maintained throughout the project execution.\r\nAll other tasks as assigned by management.\r\nSkills & Abilities\r\nVery organized, and able provide a good paper trail.\r\nWork proactively to solve problems and meet deadlines.\r\nMust have strong communications skills.\r\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree or 3+ yrs combined experience in one or more of the following areas:\r\nConstruction Management\r\nConstruction, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment\r\nRelay protection and control systems\r\nStart-up and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems\r\nElectrical Field engineering\r\nArc Flash safety training\r\nTroubleshooting of electrical equipment or systems.\r\nSCADA and communication systems\r\nFamiliarity with work orders, engineering sketches, permits, and easements.\r\nFirst Aid/AED and OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 certifications a plus.\r\nPass pre-employment drug & background screens.\r\nMaverick Corporation is comprised of individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
