PotCo is Hiring a Trimmer
18.50-20.00/Hour
To be considered applicants must have a current MED badge. Out of state applicants will not be considered.
Organize and oversee the post cultivation activities to ensure that all harvest and processing duties are performed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.
Proficient on all Software systems used in cannabis compliance production.
Management of time, attendance, and scheduling. Able to forecast staffing needs based on future harvests.
Employee relations and Performance appraisals
Assist with employee training
Complete all logs, harvest tracking, bi-weekly trim productivity report, status reports, and batch records
Responsible for oversight of product from harvest through final packaging and transfer while ensuring product quality
Ensure post cultivation compliance
Monitors and reports performance and product quality of the facility from batch to batch
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years old
Able to obtain state credentials to work in cannabis cultivation facility
Valid driver's license and transportation
Basic math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills
Prior supervisory experience
Preferred Skills:
Prior customer service experience
1 3 years of management experience
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Operational hours are dependent on the facility operations.

Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds
Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout an 8 or 10-hour day
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to visually identify product health issues, safety hazards, and signage
Ability to use a ladder up to 12 feet high
Ability to work in the following conditions:
Exposure to pollen, allergens, and non-carcinogenic pesticides, dust, odors, extreme heat, artificial light, sun exposure, vibrations, and water
