This is a remote, direct hire position.\n\nSALARY: $100,000 (depending on experience)\n\nUnfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 5 years supporting enterprise datacenter or cloud environments, including high-availability architectures\n\nHands‑on experience with one or more major enterprise platforms such as Zerto, Microsoft Exchange (on‑prem/hybrid), or Active Directory\n\nStrong technical depth in at least one of the following: Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, or Citrix\n\nProven ability to lead and expand automation efforts using Ansible\n\nExperience providing Level 3 incident response, escalation handling, and service restoration, including after‑hours on‑call support\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, configure, and maintain platforms like Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, and Citrix\n\nPerform routine health checks, patching, and optimization of systems\n\nLead automation initiatives by developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks\n\nRespond to and resolve complex incidents, including after‑hours support\n\nCollaborate with teams to implement security hardening and disaster recovery plans\n\nDocument systems, procedures, and changes accurately and thoroughly\n\nManage vendor support cases and escape issues as needed\n\nDevelop detailed change management procedures and ensure compliance with change control processes\n\nNextPath Workforce Solutions\n\nNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
