Works independently, with minimum guidance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManages multiple programs/projects, leading cross-functional Supplier Quality and IT teams to improve the quality performance of companies within Applied’s global supply chain.\n\nOwns the end-to-end IT solution lifecycle, from requirements and development through deployment, training, adoption, and continuous improvement, including CIP to improve existing portals and databases.\n\nManages AI-enabled projects involving knowledge management, workflow automation, predictive analytics, intelligent search, and decision support systems, and drives initiatives that improve supplier and manufacturing SPC process monitoring through automation and advanced analytics.\n\nDevelops project plans and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across cross functional teams.\n\nManages schedule and task details using project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project).
