This role is responsible for managing file progression from processing through closing, including gathering required documentation, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors, and ensuring all closing requirements are met accurately and on timeThe ideal candidate will have experience in the title, settlement, or mortgage industry, with the ability to interpret title work, manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
