Responsibilities\n\nBrand Voice & Strategy\n\nDevelop and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms\nTranslate company values, culture, and initiatives into engaging, on-brand content\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment across marketing and internal communications\n\nContent Creation & Media Production\n\nVideo Capture & Editing (Primary Focus):\nCapture short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives\nEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook\nPhotography & Visual Assets:\nCapture and edit photography for social media, campaigns, portfolios, and internal use\nCreate platform-specific graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards\n\nSocial Media Management\n\nManage social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)\nDevelop and execute a consistent posting schedule and content calendar\nWrite captions and copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement\nEngage with the community through comments, messages, and interactions on an ongoing basis\nMonitor performance and adapt content based on engagement and trends\n\nEmail Marketing\n\nDevelop, write, design, and implement email marketing campaigns\nBuild and manage email templates that align with brand voice and visual identity\nCoordinate campaign timing, messaging, and calls-to-action\n\nMarketing Systems and Funnel Development\n\nDevelop and manage marketing funnels that guide prospective customers through engagement, conversion, and sales\nCoordinate content to support each stage of the customer journey\nMonitor and analyze funnel performance, including conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality, and implement improvements based on data\nIdentify, evaluate, and recommend marketing platforms, tools, and systems that support more effective campaign execution, funnel management, automation, and measurement\nDesign, build, and maintain CRM and marketing database systems, and define and refine ICPs and customer profiles\nPerform data management to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data.\n\nCollaboration & Partnerships\n\nCoordinate and manage collaborations with influencers, partners, and brands\nAssist with outreach, content planning, and execution for partnerships\nEnsure collaborations align with brand voice and visual standards\n\nSafety\n\nFollow all OSHA regulations that pertain to your job\nReport any work hazards to your supervisor or manager immediately\nUse personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed for activities that will be assigned to you\nParticipate in all safety protocols and procedures training that are relevant to your position\nReport and document all work related job injuries and accidents on Rexius provided form\nAttend and participate in annual safety
