Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this position.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly\nClean, sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas\nVacuum, sweep, and mop floors\nEmpty all trash receptacles\nWipe down doors and clean glass if applicable\nDrive to multiple local locations for cleaning duties daily\nOther tasks as assigned\nCleaning Product Purchase and Inventory Tracking\nWhat You’ll Need\nMinimum of 1+ years of direct experience in facilities maintenance\nValid CA driver's license and clean driving record\nExperience at a mid to large size company\nCapable of working on a team to accomplish multiple, competing priorities\nAbility to multi-task in a high-paced environment\nAbility to work both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions\nAdaptability to noisy environments\nProactive work ethic, with the ability to anticipate needs without immediate direction\nAbility to lift 35+ lbs\nA keen eye for detail\nNice to Have - Bonus Points!\nProduct purchasing and inventory tracking experience\nCustodial experience is a plus!\nWe’re ready to meet you!
