You will work on systems at the intersection of enterprise workflows, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop processes, with a strong focus on reliability, clarity, and usability.\nThis is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership over production systems used by large enterprise customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and deliver scalable full-stack systems, including backend services, APIs, and interactive web applications\nBuild and evolve backend services with clean, well-documented APIs and strong observability, reliability, and performance\nDevelop intuitive frontend experiences that provide visibility into workflows, orchestration state, permissions, and operational insights\nImplement workflow and orchestration logic that coordinates tasks between humans and AI systems, including policies, retries, SLAs, and auditability\nIntegrate internal and external systems (e.g., enterprise tools, data sources, third-party APIs) to support end-to-end workflows\nEnsure production readiness through strong testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational best practices\nCollaborate closely with product, AI, platform, and enterprise customers to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions\nContribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve system scalability, maintainability, and developer experience\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nMust-Haves\n7+ years of experience as a software engineer building and operating production web applications\nExperience developing secure enterprise applications, with preference for regulated industries\nStrong backend development experience (e.g., Python with FastAPI or Django, or Node.js with TypeScript)\nSolid experience building modern frontend applications (e.g., React with TypeScript)\nExperience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases (e.g., Postgres)\nStrong engineering fundamentals, including automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization\nExperience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nAbility to take ownership of projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience working with AI-enabled products or ML-powered systems\nFamiliarity with workflow orchestration, state machines, or event-driven architectures\nExperience with containerization and infrastructure tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)\nExposure to enterprise requirements such as SSO, RBAC, audit logging, or compliance\nExperience working in regulated or security-conscious environments\nInterest in building developer tools, productivity platforms, or enterprise software\nWhy Join Us\nBuild the core product of an AI-native work orchestration platform used by global enterprises.
