Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Overview: Polaris Wellness Group is looking for experienced, dedicated, energetic licensed massage therapists to join our team of holistic wellness providers! Polaris Wellness Group is a group practice comprised of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Registered Yoga instructors. Our mission at PWG is to provide a nurturing environment to all of our clients to help them heal and grow through the intentional practice of our holistic providers and to offer our clients a well rounded and interdisciplinary approach to wellness. PWG is looking for a licensed and experienced massage therapist with experience in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities. Responsibilities: - Perform massage therapy techniques to address clients' specific needs - Conduct patient assessments to determine suitable massage treatments - Administer deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized massages - Provide acute pain management and assist in pain relief strategies - Offer exceptional patient service and ensure client comfort throughout sessions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans Qualifications: - Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist - Proficiency in occupational health and physiology knowledge - Experience in med spa or clinical settings preferred - Knowledge of physical examinations and patient assessment techniques - Familiarity with pain management strategies and acute pain relief methods - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Schedule: Choose your own hours Supplemental Pay: Tips License/Certification: Massage Therapy License (Required) Ability to Commute: Colorado Springs, CO 80920 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Colorado Springs, CO 80920: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
