For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Translate detailed technical data into impactful information for partners and clientsCreate, maintain and present compelling reportsReview data quality across the schedule each week, including cost and cash flow data related to client's construction programCreate analytic tools to support our client business supportEffectively consolidate data into reports to reflect a clear picture of project status and forecastReview existing data management processes to identify areas for improvement, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiativesProvide data validation support to the client's internal programmers and act as point of contact for the automation and dashboard development initiativesUse Data Visualization software to report on program deliverablesContribute to account strategic initiatives including process reviews, value stream mapping, trend analysis and visualization support (presentations and Tableau)Generate monthly construction program reports, including data consolidation and analysis, trend reporting and automation initiativesPartner with site teams to complete root-cause analysis of variances and trends across the client's global programWe would love to hear from you if you:Have an understanding of construction project lifecycles and experience working with project controls teams or cost consultants is an advantageAre able to translate construction related raw data (cost, schedule, procurement, risk) into clear dashboards and insightsHave experience building Power BI dashboards specifically for operational or project-based reportingHave experience with construction management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Aconex, CostX, etc.)Are able to work in a fast paced global consultancy or client facing environmentEnjoy understanding trends and seeking anomalies in dataAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlinesThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funThis position is hybrid from Linesight's Seattle office locationAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video requiredThe salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
