Job DescriptionSenior Construction Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Construction Project Coordinator to support complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a strong understanding of construction operations, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams. The Senior Coordinator will play a key role in driving project efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall project success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coordination efforts for multiple construction projects simultaneouslySupport Project Managers in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgetsServe as a primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersOversee and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTrack project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issuesPrepare and present detailed project status reports to leadershipEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policiesAssist with procurement processes and vendor negotiationsMentor and support junior coordinators or administrative staffParticipate in site visits, project meetings, and client communications as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management supportStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation practicesProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsPreferred SkillsExperience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processesKnowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirementsOSHA certification or advanced safety trainingExperience mentoring or supervising team membersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for leadership and career advancementDynamic and collaborative work environmentInvolvement in high-impact and complex construction projectsApply online or send your resume to hannah.behrens@gogpac.com / Call or Text (605)601-5546 for a confidential conversation.
