Job Description The first and last impression of our hotel is made at the front desk. We’re looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areas.
