We're rapidly expanding across Michigan and Ohio and are looking for high-performing, people-first leaders to support store operations and develop future talent.\r\nAs an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive business results while building a strong team culture and delivering an Unrivaled Guest Experience.\r\nRole Overview Full-time leadership role with training and support\r\nFast-paced, guest-focused environment\r\nHands-on business and team development experience\r\nPerformance-based raises and advancement consideration\r\nFlexible scheduling with weekend availability required\r\nWhat You'll Do: Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance\r\nSupport a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability\r\nTrain, coach, and retain a high-performing team\r\nLead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standards\r\nManage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting tools\r\nAddress guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism\r\nFoster local brand presence and store community engagement\r\nUphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures\r\nRequirements: Must be at least 18 years old\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required\r\nAssistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred\r\nProven ability to coach, develop, and lead others\r\nComfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting\r\nStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills\r\nAble to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends\r\nPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs\r\nWilling to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)\r\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\r\nThis is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
