(depending on experience)\r\nDescription\r\nThe Program Manager will lead strategic industrial Programs.\r\nThe Program Manager is responsible for achieving Program objectives.\r\nS/he works closely with the Program Sponsor and Program Management Team to define the Program objectives, create Program plans, and execute the plan to achieve Program objectives.\r\nThe Program Manager has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the Program deliverables are created and in which they will be used.\r\nThe Program Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the Program environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, be able to influence and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed Program environment.\r\nMain Responsibilities\r\nResponsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Program Management Plan.\r\nLead the Program management team in developing and managing the Program Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Program Sponsor.\r\nImplement and enforce change control over Program scope, schedule, resources and budget.\r\nNegotiate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the Program team.\r\nManage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the Program team's scope of responsibility.\r\nContinually identify and proactively manage Program risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure.\r\nMonitor the Program and report the Program status to management on a regular basis.\r\nThis job might be for you if you have\r\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Masters is a plus\r\nAt least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations\r\nStrong understanding of finance and cost accountingFluent English\r\nAt least three years of Program management (as team member or leader, but with good understanding of Program management)\r\nLeadership skills: Communicator, Organizer, Influential, Action Planner, Self Motivated, Implementer\r\nExperience with metering preferred\r\nWilling to travel 50% domestic and
