Manage reservations tasks after the group contract turnover: enter group rooming list or create group booking link for individual reservations, route billing, send pickup report and rooming list as requested, perform post-stay audit.

Ensure proper staffing levels of Reservations associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling Reservation/One Touch agents. The AYS/One Touch Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the One Touch/Reservations staff, ensuring that the guests are being served in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.

Reservations: Make outbound calls, return voicemails, and act as a reservation agent during unusual peak times booking both Spa Day and at times overnight guests. At the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is focused on the backend processes within the reservations department, allowing the Reservation Sales team to focus on selling and minimizing their administrative time away from calls.

Under supervision, the Hotel Reservations Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests through phone and email interactions, processing various reservation and payment transactions, and providing general information and assistance to maximize guest enjoyment of their Diamond Resorts vacation experience.
