Job OverviewMobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: •How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer's neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast LTE network •Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a total of $1,500 while completing training milestones. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
