The Maintenance Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and grounds and minor repairs. Provide general interior and exterior maintenance (examples: floor stripping, power washing, plaster or sheetrock repairs, painting, lightbulb changing.

Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, floor buffer, vacuum, carpet cleaner, power washer and other tools used in building maintenance.
