Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance involving the following; building maintenance, power management (solar), security, HVAC, building fire alarm systems, computer room fire suppression systems, computer room UPS backup systems and generators.

Promote Simpson Strong-Tie as an industry partner and potential employer; participate in tradeshows, association meetings and various committees and/or causes; provide educational opportunities in classroom settings throughout your territory including but not limited to suppliers, specifiers, building officials, contractors, and homeowners.

Assist in an administrative capacity for operational excellence initiatives to elevate the business and meet or exceed plant and company goals while seamlessly maneuvering through multiple systems including but not limited to SAP, UKG and Smartsheet.
