YOUAs a Lab Technician, you will work with our engineers to construct and test a wide variety of product prototypes in concrete construction, provide manufacturing support, and help ensure compliance with building codes.

YOUAs a Dealer Sales Representative - Residential, you will represent the Simpson Strong-Tie Company to achieve product sales in the Residential market in Southwest Washington, while providing support service/training and ensuring that our products are in stock, well maintained, and well represented.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the facilities as well as the diagnosis and performance of preventative maintenance work on the building.

As an the Plant Superintendent you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Production department, and is directly responsible for driving improvement into the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost of all manufacturing operations including Automatic Stamping, Manual Fabrication, Maintenance, and Tooling departments.

Promote Simpson Strong-Tie as an industry partner and potential employer; participate in tradeshows, association meetings and various committees and/or causes; provide educational opportunities in classroom settings throughout your territory including but not limited to suppliers, specifiers, building officials, contractors, and homeowners.

Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire). Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Assist in an administrative capacity for operational excellence initiatives to elevate the business and meet or exceed plant and company goals while seamlessly maneuvering through multiple systems including but not limited to SAP, UKG and Smartsheet.

Experience in the operation of forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric ride-on pallet jack preferred. Create and apply documents, such as shipping labels, packing list, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.

Communication/Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the company and facilitate discussions and debate, mediate conflict, and nurture a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Equipment: Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods needed to fulfill customer orders.

Other duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to, consistent CRM management and usage, scheduling, submitting expense reports in a timely manner, regular maintenance of company-owned vehicles, and other duties as assigned.
