Demand planning team within IBP group is focused on transforming and digitalizing our Demand forecasting and planning processes which cover short term planning (execution horizon), mid-range planning, Long Range Planning (LRP) and New Product Introduction (NPI.

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) group within the SCIT (Supply Chain IT) organization in IT is responsible for providing business solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intel's planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning.

3+ years' experience working as product owner or similar responsibilities as defined in Agile development methodology. Validates feasibility of an idea, understands the BU expectations from the product, conducts design due diligence, evaluates business value and risks.

Experience in designing and deploying solutions using enterprise planning software solutions such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP BPC, Anaplan. This role is focused on Demand Forecasting and Planning the process transformation with specific emphasis on Dependent Demand and attach rate concepts as it applies to semiconductor industry and forecasting and planning for semiconductor manufacturing functions (foundry, assembly, and test.

3+ years of Process transformation experience in Demand/Supply planning in semiconductor industry or high-tech industry. Deliver data analytics and business intelligence solutions to augment the effectiveness of demand planning and forecasting processes.

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Experience with Supply Chain analytics enabled using software solutions such as Tableau or Power BI.

This team is also responsible for sustaining demand forecasting and planning solution which is a critical part in enabling one of the top 25 global supply chain (Gartner 2022). This includes process transformation referencing unified set of master data leveraging common data hub.

IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services. Highly skilled at understanding complex business problems while connecting multiple dots. Work with Demand/Revenue Forecasting and SnOP stakeholders to define, prioritize, deploy, sustain, enhance, and when needed sunset process capabilities.

At least 8-10 years of experience in system/business analysis in Demand Forecasting and Planning area. This is an exciting time to assume this role in our team as we are about to launch second wave of these transformations.

The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, motivated, and have a strong affinity for problem-solving using a combination of business process knowledge, business acumen, and partnership skills required to transform the underlying business processes by leveraging technology.

5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, systems/business analysis, process mapping, solution acceptance testing and deployment. Key partners for this role included business operations team, Finance, Supply Chain, and peer IT teams (Supply Chain, Data and Analytics.

Translates business strategy and objectives into actionable process and value delivery roadmaps. Process improvement/sustenance experience could be considered in lieu of process transformation experience.

Ensure alignment of transformation with relevant enterprise level initiatives. At least one process transformation experience integrated with a larger program. Leads the transformational effort to re-platform current business reference data (BRD) solution to new architecture and platform, as part of transformation programs.
